As a member we will work on a personal basis with you, encouraging you with your goals and keeping your motivation levels high. We will encourage you to make realistic short term goals each week to make that long term goal more attainable.

Home based exercise programmes could also be a part of your membership package for a small additional fee of £5 per month. An in-depth consultation will be carried out to find out what your individual goals are. From this information a personalized programme will be designed to suit your needs.

Membership fee is £50 which can be paid in 3 instalments within the same month of registering.
