12 Week Healthy Living Programme

This 12 week healthy living programme will provide you with the knowledge to change your eating patterns and increase your activity levels.

The initial consultation will take place in the comfort of your own home and will include:

  • Assessing your lifestyle and see where you can make changes
  • Making realistic goals on how to improve your health
  • Learning how to prepare healthy meals
  • Adding activity into your daily lifestyle
  • Health assessments such as body fat analysis, measurement, weight etc
  • Fitness testing and injury prevention

Dependent upon your goals and what you want to achieve will determine how many personal training sessions you will require.

We will provide you with a nutritional plan specifically designed to suit your individual needs. The programme is very easy to follow and you will receive motivation and support throughout the course. Each session will be carried out by a fully qualified personal trainer who will adjust the sessions to meet your requirements.

The final week will consist of recapping what you have learnt, making sure you are comfortable with your exercise regime and assessing your new lifestyle and eating patterns.

We will also re-assess your health and fitness levels at the end of the course to see how much you have achieved and set you long term goals for future success.
